You will support the transportation team in Antwerp from a financial and analytical point of view:
- Check invoices in TMS (transport management system)
- Follow up credit notes
- Follow up issues
- Keep overview and support in P&L + root cause analysis on deviations
- Contact with other suppliers (carriers) and customers
- Having a strong interest in continuous improvement of processes. Thinking lean is a must.
- Evaluate and propose continuous improvements in the current process of checks and balances, both inside and outside the TMS.
You will be working in a rather small team with rather straight communication lines but you will get in touch with many different stakeholders. You will report to the BU Transport Solutions Manager.
