In this position, you will contribute to driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and delivering technical solutions that address customer needs. You will be accountable for achieving your sales targets while building strong, trust-based partnerships and promoting Emerson’s technologies.
This is a highly customer-facing role that involves regular travel across both Northern and Southern Belgium , with a strong focus on Antwerp . You will work remotely while maintaining a consistent weekly presence and demonstrating strong CRM discipline to effectively track opportunities and performance.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Drive Business Growth: Achieve sales and bookings targets for the full Pressure Management portfolio within your assigned account base. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to strengthen Emerson’s position in Belgium.
- Engage with Customers: Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers, EPCs, and contractors. Develop a deep understanding of customer operations and needs, and recommend tailored pressure management solutions that create value.
- Manage Key Accounts: Develop and execute account strategies, manage the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to order closure, and ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead Commercial Activities: Prepare and deliver commercial proposals, lead pricing and contract negotiations, and close deals in line with Emerson’s commercial policies and ethical standards.
- Provide Technical Support: Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and consultations. Translate customer challenges into technically sound and commercially viable solutions using Emerson’s advanced technologies.
- Monitor Market Trends: Gather and share insights on competitor activities, customer trends, and market developments to support long-term growth strategies and innovation.
- Represent the Emerson Brand: Represent Emerson at industry events, conferences, and customer forums to build our visibility, credibility, and trusted-partner status in the market.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal partners including application engineering, project management, cross-business unit teams, and customer support to deliver on commitments and ensure high-quality project execution.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Technical background in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Ability to deliver technical or solution-based sale s aligned with customer needs.
- Strong organizational and CRM skills, including working knowledge of tools such as Excel or Power BI.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluency in English, French, and Dutch.
- Willingness to travel frequently across Belgium , with regular presence in Antwerp and periodic visits to the Diegem office .
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, self-managed environment.
