Retail Field Representative – (FT-locatie: België)
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Retail Field Representative to strengthen our presence in retail stores and support our channel partners. In this role, you will be the face of our brand on the shop floor, ensuring excellent in‑store execution, strong product visibility, and high engagement with retail teams.

Your Responsibilities
1. Store Visits & In‑Store Execution
- Visit retail stores regularly to ensure strong in‑store execution
- Monitor product visibility, placement, and promotional materials
- Identify opportunities to improve brand presence and customer experience
2. Relationship Building
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and sales staff
- Act as the main point of contact for retail partners
- Support stores with day‑to‑day questions and operational needs
3. Product Training
- Deliver engaging product training sessions to retail teams
- Ensure staff understand product features, benefits, and selling points
- Boost product knowledge to improve sell‑through
4. Sell‑Out Support & Channel Performance
- Support sell‑out activities and local promotions
- Help drive channel sales performance through hands‑on support
- Gather market insights and share feedback with internal teams
5. Customer Visits & Key Account Support
- Assist during customer visits and meetings
- Support key account managers with operational follow‑up
- Ensure smooth communication between internal teams and retail partners
Who You Are
- Strong communicator with a customer‑first mindset (English and French is a must, Dutch is an advantage).
- Comfortable working independently and visiting stores regularly
- Energetic, proactive, and able to build strong relationships
- Experience in retail, field sales, or channel support is a plus
- Passion for product training and helping others succeed
