- You plan and prepare the daily shipments.
- You determine and communicate delivery times based on ERP inventory tracking.
- You carry out the shipments to the customers (including dangerous products and temperature controlled shipments).
- You manage returns in collaboration with the Customer Support department.
- You carry out and follow up on shipments between suppliers and Trasis (purchase or non-conformities).
- You ensure that the shipping documents comply with customs regulations. You follow the customs clearance process and correct customs blockages.
- You ensure that shipments have been received by customers/suppliers.
- You solve problems encountered during shipments, disputes and damage related to transport.
- You participate in the drafting or updating of procedures related to the function.
- You will be responsible for updating the data in the ERP system and will participate in its improvement.
- You have a degree in Logistics or Foreign Trade & International Transport or equivalent through experience.
- You have a first experience in a similar position.
- You have a good command of English.
- You are familiar with MS Office.
- You show discretion and confidentiality in the treatment and management of information.
- You have excellent organizational skills.
- You have a spirit of synthesis and analysis.
- You are a strong team player and solution oriented.
- You are a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You have an affinity for continuous improvement and a good sense of priorities.
