As a Senior Manager within Uvance Wayfinders, you will be at the forefront of a dynamic growth journey during Wayfinders’ foundational phase – translating strategic ambition into tangible impact.
Reporting to a Director or Associate Partner (as appropriate), you will play a pivotal role leading high-impact client engagements as a billable consultant, originating business development initiatives, and contributing to the growth of the Benelux Wayfinders practice.
You will lead large-scale delivery programs, build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, and mentor high-performing teams to deliver exceptional outcomes.
You will help shape our go-to-market offerings in areas such as IT Value Transformation and Data & AI, and play a critical role in business development and practice growth.
This role is ideal for a consulting leader who brings strategic insight, a collaborative mindset, and the desire to shape a new practice from the ground up.
