Services ISR Engineer
Responsabilities:
- Identifies and monitors constantly workload forecasts for the ISR work-packages and in charge of and secures adequate staffing of project ISR and Service Engineering teams
- Manages the development and synthesis of customer requirements in compliance with applicable reference libraries
- Review the ISR management plans for the projects of involvement
- Assure the application of the ISR Design Reviews
- Produces project ISR WP KPI dashboard in line with Product Line Services guidelines
- Coordinates with other Métier or Function teams within new build projects for the implementation of the ISR process
- Coordinates/consolidates contributions to delier to key stake holders ( ISR representatives in Lead Unit sites)
- Ensures coordination of all ISR domains, along with allocated resources, contributing to the achievement of projects obligations on the full ISR scope (LSA, Training, Documentation, Special Tools and Spare parts)
- Monitors Planning, cost and quality of the ISR Elements according to the ISR management Plan and provides corresponding reporting to new build projects and local ISR management
- Executes delivery of the ISR elements during tender and project phase with respect to ISR management Plan and QCD.
- Assure the delivery on quality and on time of the Special Tools designed by ISR Special Tools Technicians.
- Contribute with regular participation to meetings with internal Customer by presenting delivery plans, risks and potential riskly/blocking points
- Ensures Interfaces with internal customers for ISR deliverables on new build projects (be the customer voice in projects)
- Ensures production of REX reports upon completion of ISR work-package execution, with a focus on updating the applicable ISR Reference Library, identifying needs for process improvements, and proposing possible best practices to be adopted.
- Ensure ad-hoc production of ISR QCD commitment on tenders
- Assure the OTD of Digital modules for Maintainers
Educational Requirement:
Engineering University Degree or University Degree + exprience within service engineering.
Experience
Mandatory:
- Technical knowledge on maintainability aspects, ideally on Railways applications
- Minimum 1 year experience (Engineer) on Services engineering WP management on projects (RS, D&IS)
- English (working level as a minimum)
- French: Fluent
- Working in diverse and international environment
- Experience in ISR - Process, Standards & Tools
- Experience in development of Digital (e-learning) Modules for maintenance
