We are looking for an International R&D Technologist Bakery Ingredients who will be a key contributor to product leadership by driving robust, scalable and future‑proof ingredient solutions that balance quality, performance, sustainability and cost efficiency across the organization.
You will be the reference expert for bakery ingredients, combining hands-on industrial experience with a strong scientific foundation. Working closely with R&D, NPD, production sites, procurement, quality, and suppliers, you will drive ingredient excellence from concept to large-scale implementation.
