Your new roleAs an Inside Sales B2B Junior, you play a key role in driving the company’s growth, acting as the first point of contact for prospects and a true engine for business development.In a scale-up environment, you join a growing team and actively contribute to structuring and professionalizing lead generation.Your responsibilities include:

Proactive outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn

Structured lead generation and qualification

Scheduling qualified sales meetings

Delivering remote product demonstrations, with occasional field visits
-
Accurate and structured CRM management (Odoo): tracking interactions, updating data, and managing the pipeline

Rigorous follow-up of incoming leads, particularly in Dutch
-
Contributing to collective lead generation targets
You will work closely with a more technically oriented colleague and management to optimize processes and ensure high-quality follow-up of opportunities.
Your profile-
Junior profile: recent graduate or first experience in sales / prospecting

Excellent command of Dutch and French, both written and spoken

Highly proactive, with a strong focus on hunting and business development

Comfortable with client contact (phone and digital)

Structured and detail-oriented in data management (CRM)

Autonomous, motivated, and persistent
