In this job you work together with the technical crew to maintain, monitor and optimize the production lines.
The function includes the next:

Execute pre-emptive technical maintenance;

Repair, analyze and correct our industrial gear;

Handle malfunctions, errors or glitches and perform urgent support;

Assimilate to all our Fitco processes;

Being able to independently detect, analyze and repair errors in both the mechanical and electrical field (knowledge of controls, controllers, bearings, construction, welding, rolling stock;

Participate in technical projects and projects that improve & optimize our internal quality, efficiency, safety and performance;

Always respecting our safety and environment policy.
- Technically versed and good knowledge of electromechanics, electricity, mechanics, automation, pneumatics, knowledge of high voltage and its dangers, … ;

Being able to read and understand schematics of industrial machines fluently, to be able to think logically in order to carry out a targeted error analysis and repair

A passion for new technologies and technical evolution;

Have experience in the industrial sector (min 5 years), be eager to learn and have a passion for automation

Being motivated to further optimize machines, with the aim of using them more efficiently and safely in order to limit machine downtimes to a minimum
-
Being able to work independently, hands-on mentality;
-
Working hours during the day, but you have a flexible mindset to stay longer when needed;

After some weeks of training, you will be part of our Fitco intervention team 24/7 ( max one week a month);
