Your role
As a Senior Manager, you will lead one or more high-impact transformation initiatives in the banking and financial services sector. Drawing on your experience across traditional and Agile delivery models, you will both advise clients on improving their delivery environments and lead multidisciplinary teams to successful outcomes.
- Engage with C-level stakeholders to shape and steer program and project execution
- Take ownership of the delivery of transformation initiatives at banks
- Accelerate go-to-market execution and expand strategic client relationships
- Inspire, mentor, and elevate team performance and delivery excellence while driving continuous improvement
- Stay ahead of market trends and translate insights into innovative client offerings
- Strengthen our service offerings in our Banking Transformation Services
