Mission Overview:
The Product Owner role is a consultancy mission at a client site, representing Keystone Solutions. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and values to every engagement.
Responsibilities:

Represent stakeholders and the voice of customers, capturing expectations, preferences, and aversions according to Scrum methodology.

Express and prioritize product needs using a Product Backlog.

Ensure the Development Team’s understanding of the product and consistency of each Sprint.

Build the product’s big picture, including its roadmap, and translate this vision to the development team.
-
Clarify needs and draft key functional specifications following agile methodology.

Plan iterations and define priorities to ensure proper content delivery.

Monitor and continuously prioritize the Product Backlog to address key business needs.
-
Align stakeholders on the product to be delivered.
-
Initiate priority management, ensure product consistency and quality.
-
Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies (retrospectives, demos, test labs).
-
Make decisions or arbitrate delivered functionalities.
-
Conduct live adjustments and follow-up on Sprints Backlog.

Education:
Master or equivalent based on demonstrable experience.
Telework:

Required Experience / Knowledge:

At least 5 years of relevant experience

Business experience: Knowledge of the BNPP group, knowledge of the department’s business environment, expertise in agile methodologies, budget management, project management, credit experience
