Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) and Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
- Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft SharePoint architecture, development, and administration;
- Experience with Learning Management System integration (preferably Rhapsode or Moodle).
Desirable:
- Postgraduate specialization in system design, human-machine integration, integrated product development, or digital transformation;
- Certification in ITIL 4, Agile Project Management, or demonstrated program delivery expertise in phased enterprise implementation;
- Previous experience with NATO accreditation processes (SAA, CISOA, or NIST-based frameworks).
Duties/role:
- Configuring learning pathways and prerequisites by persona;
- Implementing proficiency tracking and reporting dashboards;
- Establishing bi-directional integration between LMS and Wiki platforms.
