Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Business Analyst within the Transformation Office. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise to dynamic environments and contributing to impactful digital transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities:

Guide the change on the chatbot roadmap within the digital channels environment, managing projects from initiation to delivery and ensuring seamless integration into existing digital channels for a world-class customer experience.

Gather, challenge, and consolidate the pain points and needs of a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders, gaining extensive expertise on the subject at hand.

Collaborate closely with relevant experts to support and challenge them in defining the product concept, detailed processes, and/or conceptual and functional architecture.

Involve external and/or internal end-users to identify, confirm, and validate needs and pain points, in collaboration with the UX researcher and supporting the (Cluster) Product Owner.

Contribute to Opus and Feature slicing, applying the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) concept throughout, and support the (Cluster) Product Owner with backlog prioritization and refinement.

Define acceptance criteria for Opuses and Features for which you are in the lead.

Work closely with the (Squad) Product Owner and development team during the refinement of Features to ensure all necessary information is consistently available.

Provide support during business and user testing and assist with the organization of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) where applicable.

Support the Change Manager and the Go-To-Market Manager in preparing change and go-to-market activities.

Actively monitor the success of new solutions based on KPIs and derive potential improvements to be added to the Cluster or Squad backlog.
Requirements:

Master’s degree with relevant experience in similar projects.

Certification in Project Management Methodology or Business Analysis Methodology is required.

6+ years of experience in project management and business analysis, preferably within a digital channels environment.

Proven experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, especially in a financial institutions environment.

Proven experience with chatbot/AI implementation from a functional perspective.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.

Experience with Agile project management methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Authentic and proactive attitude with a “Yes we will” mindset.
Language Skills:

Strong written and spoken English is required, as it is the corporate language.

French and Dutch communication skills are considered a plus.
