Are you a licensed B1.3 Engineer with a passion for helicopter maintenance? Join our team and play a key role in ensuring our fleet remains safe, reliable, and operational.
As a B1.3 Engineer, you will be responsible for performing and certifying helicopter maintenance, modifications, and troubleshooting activities in accordance with approved maintenance data, company procedures, and airworthiness regulations. You will contribute directly to aircraft availability and operational readiness while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards. This role offers a combination of base and line maintenance activities and provides the opportunity to work independently while collaborating closely with colleagues across the organization. Responsibilities & areas
Perform base maintenance, repairs, and modifications on helicopters and components in accordance with approved work orders.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues based on pilot reports and system indications.
Ensure all maintenance activities are carried out in compliance with approved maintenance data, company procedures (MOE), and applicable airworthiness regulations.
Deliver maintenance work within agreed timelines to support operational requirements and aircraft availability.
Certify completed maintenance tasks and ensure accurate completion of maintenance documentation.
Manage the proper handling, segregation, installation, removal, and documentation of aircraft components.
Adhere to all safety requirements and proactively report hazards, incidents, and occurrences through the reporting system.
Provide regular updates and maintenance status reports to the Chief Engineer, including daily briefings and debriefings.
Certify B1.3 maintenance activities in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Support line maintenance activities when required.
Work autonomously in operational environments, demonstrate initiative, and contribute to continuous improvement within the maintenance team.
Comply with Information Security Management System (ISMS) policies, procedures, and controls while supporting information security objectives.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you have:
A valid EASA Part-66 B1.3 License (UK Part-66 B1.3 License is an asset).
At least one aircraft type endorsement on your license (Airbus helicopter type endorsement is an advantage).
Proven experience in helicopter base maintenance operations.
Strong knowledge of EASA regulations, airworthiness requirements, and aviation safety standards.

The confidence to take initiative and perform effectively in dynamic operational environments.
Languages
Fluent English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of French, Dutch, and/or Spanish is considered an asset.
