As a Project Engineer Compliance & Validation, you ensure that analytical and bio-analytical methods and QC processes meet all applicable compliance standards. You support method validation, method transfer, compendial assessments and critical QC processes within laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring compendial updates and ensuring method compliance.
- Supporting and executing method validation, transfer and implementation.
- Leading QC-related projects and managing QC-critical processes.
- Supporting audits and maintaining high inspection readiness.
- Writing protocols, reports, SOPs and change controls.
- Coordinating laboratory execution and following up on analytical work.
- Evaluating validation/transfer data and drawing conclusions.
- Troubleshooting and root cause analysis using DMAIC.
Candidate Profile
- Master’s degree in sciences (pharmacy, analytical chemistry, biochemistry, industrial engineering…).
- Minimum 1 year of GMP experience.
- QC, validation, change control or compendial experience is a strong asset.
- Familiar with analytical techniques such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, ELISA, ICP-OES, Western Blot…
- Skilled in project management and stakeholder communication.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Dutch.
