Job description
Your mission
You are the operational cornerstone between our Field Service Engineers and our clients. As Technical Planning Coordinator, you ensure:
- Quality of customer service
- Compliance with contractual commitments
- Optimisation of costs and profitability
Your day-to-day responsibilities
You organise and monitor the scheduling of technical interventions for our Field Service Engineers — anticipating the unexpected, adjusting priorities and ensuring optimal field coverage.
- Administrative & operational follow-up
You handle the complete follow-up of interventions (purchase orders, invoicing).
You manage logistics flows to ensure our technicians are always operational in the field, through spare parts, service cases and equipment returns.
- Technical quotes & tooling
You draw up quotes for spare parts and monitor tooling investments, ensuring alignment between field needs and available resources.
- Interface & communication
As the true link between Field Service and the other departments at Analis, you ensure a smooth, clear and reliable flow of information.
You don't just manage the status quo: you actively participate in improving processes and performance.
Description of the profile
Your profile
- Higher education degree or equivalent experience in technical planning / coordination
- Comfortable with standard office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- A first experience with an ERP system is a major asset
- Excellent command of Dutch or French, with a good knowledge of the other language
- Good knowledge of English
- Organised, rigorous and versatile
- Autonomous, able to manage priorities and resilient under pressure
- Communicative, service-oriented and solution-driven
