We are looking for a customer-facing Senior Software Engineer to support Xerox’s Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions for a major customer in Belgium.
This is not a pure coding role. You will act as a trusted advisor, helping design and improve document workflows, outbound communications, and CCM solutions that support the customer’s business. You will work closely with the customer, Xerox colleagues across EMEA, and external delivery teams to shape future workflows and recommend the best solutions Xerox can offer.
Key responsibilities
- Advise the customer on CCM and outbound communication solutions
- Design and improve document workflows and future-state processes
- Represent Xerox in customer meetings and project discussions
- Work with internal teams and external partners to support solution delivery
- Help translate business needs into practical technical solutions
- Support continuous improvement of Xerox’s digital services offering.
What we’re looking for
- 5+ years of relevant experience in software, solution design, or workflow architecture
- Experience with document composition, document workflow, or CCM-related platforms
- Strong customer-facing communication and consulting skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
- Dutch and English are required; French is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Belgium as needed.
