Leonardo Belgium (LBe), located in Liège, is a Belgium subsidiary of Leonardo Spa, a multinational company that develops, produces, and sells its own helicopter models around the globe. LBe is certified as a Maintenance Organization in accordance with EASA, FAA (Part-145), and the UK CAA regulations.
It is mainly focus on supporting the operations of Leonardo central-north Europe operators.
Current Organization Capability is as follows:
Leonardo Belgium employs 60+ people, with revenues of around € 50 million a year, underpinned by two core activities: maintenance, and material services.
Reporting to the Hangar Supervisor of Bierset, you will be performing tasks of a helicopter technician, executing maintenance activities, in accordance with MOE.
Three positions are available: Mechanical Technician, Structural Technician and Avionics Technician.
Tasks:

Carrying out maintenance work on AW helicopters, under the supervision of Certifying Staff

Performing routine work in the hangar / aircraft

Completing required paperwork / job cards in accordance with regulations

Using tools in accordance with defined standards

Replacing components on aircraft, as required

Reporting defective components and non-airworthy conditions encountered

Countersigning double inspection, if appropriate ratings held
Mandatory requirements:

Ability to read, understand and write in English, IAW maintenance standards

Minimum 5 years' experience in turbine helicopter maintenance

EU citizenship or eligible to work in Belgium (No work permit will be provided)

Ability to daily commute or relocate to Liège, Belgium

Hold EASA Part 66 B1.3 and/or B2 license

Prior experience on Leonardo helicopter model AW109, AW139, or AW169
