Mission Overview:
This is a consultancy mission at a client site, where you will represent Keystone Solutions as a Scrum Master. As a Keystone Solutions consultant, you will be hired to work on client projects, bringing your expertise and our values to every engagement.
Mission Context:
The Scrum Master is the key reference in a project following an agile framework such as Scrum. You will ensure the global understanding of the methodology by the Project Team and help the team maximize project results, protecting them from internal and external distractions. You will ensure the proper use and application of Agile Methodology, coach the Project Team, and act as Delivery Lead of the squad. The current mission is within a squad active in the CRM domain.
Core Responsibilities & Delivery:

Oversee the infrastructure and tooling supporting marketing communications and CRM activities across the organization.

Maintain and improve the stability of the asset portfolio, including incident follow-up.

Drive the lifecycle of Cloud-native applications and integrate AI-driven features into marketing tools.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and streamline processes for a high-output team capable of launching multiple greenfield applications annually.
Stakeholder & People Leadership:

Act as the primary bridge between a high-performing Dev team and diverse Business Analyst profiles, navigating strong personalities.

Break down functional silos, coach new team members on technical assets, and manage the transition of long-tenured experts.

Translate complex technical roadmaps (Cloud/MDM/Infrastructure) into clear business value for stakeholders in Marketing and Regulatory departments.

Provide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog.

Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.

Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.

Coach and challenge the squad.

Help the squad face difficulties and promote its gradual self-organization.

Remove barriers to squad effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions.

Act as an ambassador of agile methods within the organization (Communities of practice, Guilds, etc.).

Risk and issue management.
Language Requirements:

Sound knowledge of English and at least one local language (Dutch or French is a plus).
Work Location & Telework:

Expectation: 50% on site and 50% homeworking.
Agile Requirements:
Agile teams are cross-functional. All required disciplines are represented in the team (analysis, development, testing, etc.). Team members are expected to take on other roles and contribute to other disciplines whenever it helps towards reaching the sprint goal.
Required Experience / Knowledge:

At least 3 years of relevant experience.

Technical experience (mandatory):

Knowledge of agile reporting and follow-up tools (e.g. Jira).

Understanding of tooling on automated unit testing, automated functional testing, and continuous integration tooling.

Sound knowledge of software development methodology.

Sound knowledge of project management methodology.

Sound knowledge of IT organization and processes.
-
Business experience (mandatory): Previous experience in an IT role (Developer, Functional Analyst, Tester, etc.).
