Working as Director B2B Connectivity Delivery
You report to the tribe lead for the Delivery & Services tribe, which as a whole is made up of over 250 motivated colleagues. You lead a large delivery team with around 75 to 100 of those people reporting into you, responsible for getting our customers' connectivity orders delivered and live, end to end. Think in the lines of : Order management, mobile, fixed voice, data, access management. Your scope covers the entire delivery chain through to service activation and the successful generation of the first bill, ensuring a seamless transition from delivery into billing.
Your area is where the promises we make to customers become real: standardized, predictable order-to-bill execution, with tailored solutions where complex customers need them.
You see the organization as a machine you want to understand and improve, and you know that delivery is ultimately a people business: your teams, our partners, and the customer on the other end.
Your roles as Director B2B Connectivity Delivery
- Own end-to-end delivery from order to bill for Connectivity in a period of opportunity. We are modernizing our systems and have a firm belief in the potential of recent and upcoming technologies. Your role will be to simultaneously run, optimize and re-imagine.
- Build and execute a plan to incorporate new technologies into our way of working to improve our ability to deliver predictably and with the right level of quality for our customers and the colleagues who support our customers.
- Own delivery issue resolution and escalates to executive level to protect performance and customer impact.
- Set and steer the delivery KPI , and manage the cost base (labor and non-labor) against return.
Your profile as Director B2B Connectivity Delivery
- You have led sizeable operational teams and delivered at scale. Typically 10 years or more of leadership, though track record matters more than the number.
- You understand delivery and operations: how work flows, where it breaks, and how to make it predictable.
- You think in systems and second-order effects, and you are comfortable owning a cost base and a set of hard KPIs.
- You are energized by where technology is heading, and you keep customers and people at the center of every decision.
- You lead through others, build trust fast, and stay calm when things escalate.
- Telco or ICT experience is welcome but not required. We want a mix: consulting, operations leadership, and high-potential talent ready to step up.
Fluent written and spoken English and Dutch.
