Function
You will have controlling responsibility for ASE (glass/building material) ; The finance team consists of 7 people.
- Prepare and publish timely quarterly financial statements (balance sheet and income statements);
- Make budget and financial forecasts and report variances on GL and cost accounting level;
- Coordinate and assist with the preparation of regulatory reporting including annual and periodic program review audits;
- Review a/r, a/p reporting in close collaboration with the sales department;
- Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting;
- Assist our CFO in planning financial transactions and cover currency risks (usd/cad)
- Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Master’s degree in accounting / finance;
- Relevant accounting / finance experience;
- Experience as (key) user with accounting software MS Dynamics Navision, Excel and Power BI will be helpful;
- Good verbal and written communication skills (mainly Dutch and English) and ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
