To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for an associate with 3-6 years of experience to join our Competition Team.
Our team supports a variety of customers from large multinationals to local Belgian businesses and we cover all aspects of competition law from merger control and foreign direct investment regulations and strategic alliance issues to antitrust investigations and procedures, IP licensing, state aid issues, antitrust damages claims, distribution contracts for both the physical and digital world.
- You are a Belgian qualified lawyer with 3 to 6 years of experience;
- An additional Master in a relevant area is considered an advantage;
- If you have worked or studied abroad we consider this to be an asset;
- You are fluent in French. Your level of English and Dutch is suitable for daily use in a business environment. Any knowledge of an additional language is considered a plus;
- You possess excellent writing skills and you prefer a pragmatic and hands-on approach;
- You are an open and enthusiastic team player, highly motivated and internationally oriented.
