To support our continued growth, we are looking for a Supply Chain and Operations Coordinator to reinforce our team and play a key role in structuring and scaling our operations, working within the existing Supply Chain and Operations teams.
what you will do
Contribute to the procurement process from need identification to supplier confirmation, balancing lead time and cost at every order, together with your colleagues from Supply Chain & Operations.
Support in ensuring raw material availability to support daily production, actively tracking open POs and anticipating delivery risks.
Support supplier relationship management: performance tracking, non-conformity management, price negotiation, and identification of new partners.
Contribute to data quality in the ERP (purchase orders, lead times, BoMs) and actively drive the improvement of procurement master data and ERP processes to support operational efficiency.
Produce ad-hoc analyses to inform operational and strategic decisions and support in the development of KPIs to support operational decision-making and performance tracking.
Support production flow and process improvement initiatives: identifying bottlenecks, proposing solutions, and contributing to their implementation together with your colleagues from Supply Chain & Operations.
what we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
Around 1 to 3 year of relevant working experience in procurement, supply chain or purchasing.
You are rigorous and organised, able to manage multiple topics simultaneously without losing sight of priorities.
Strong analytical skills: comfortable with data, able to produce clear analyses from an ERP.
You are proactive, able to anticipate issues and identify opportunities for improvements.
Hands-on with digital tools & solutions such as AI, but also proficient in Excel.
Knowledge of Odoo, our ERP, is a plus.
Fluent in French and English, Dutch is a plus.
