CGG Adentro
Centrum Geestelijke Gezondheidszorg (CGG) Adentro biedt in de regio Gent - Meetjesland - Schelde & Leie ambulante, gespecialiseerde, kwaliteitsvolle en toegankelijke medisch-psychiatrische en psychotherapeutische hulp aan mensen met ernstige psychische problemen en hun omgeving, met bijzondere aandacht voor de sociaal kwetsbaren. Daarnaast kan men bij ons centrum terecht voor preventie en vroeginterventie, ondersteuning en consult en hulpverlening voor specifieke doelgroepen en specifieke vormen van zorg, waaronder forensische hulpverlening en verslavingszorg.
We zijn momenteel op zoek naar een gedreven collega die ons engagement in samenwerking met Radar Crisis in de regio Groot-Gent mee wil opnemen.
Het programma Crisis binnen het netwerk geestelijke gezondheid voor kinderen en jongeren in Oost-Vlaanderen (RADAR) biedt op korte termijn hulp aan een kind of jongere met plotse (toename van) psychische problemen, waardoor de draaglast de draagkracht van het kind/jongere en zijn context overstijgt. Wanneer een crisis ontstaat kan men telefonisch contact opnemen met het programma Crisis via één van de lokale partners waaronder ook CGG Adentro. Er wordt dan samen met de aanmelder ingeschat of een mobiele crisisinterventie aangewezen is.
Wanneer er een mobiele crisisinterventie ingepland wordt, komen twee crisismedewerkers binnen de 72-uur langs voor een gesprek met de betrokkenen (thuis, op school, in een voorziening…). Tijdens dit gesprek wordt stilgestaan bij de aanleiding van de crisissituatie, de krachten en de zorgen, de protectieve factoren en de hulpvraag. Er wordt samen nagedacht over wat er nodig is om de crisissituatie te kunnen stabiliseren en de veiligheid te vergroten. Hiernaast wordt er ook een inschatting gemaakt welke hulp verder nodig is. Na afloop van dit eerste gesprek kan er indien nodig nog een vervolggesprek gepland worden.
Vanuit programma Crisiszorg wordt geen langdurige zorg, overbruggingszorg of opvolging geboden. De focus ligt op het stabiliseren van de crisissituatie en de toeleiding naar de gepaste hulpverlening.

Als lid van het multidisciplinair jeugdteam binnen CGG Adentro sta je in voor:
mobiele crisisinterventies (telkens in duo met een zorgpartner uit de regio)
crisisinschattingsgesprekken
aanvullend ambulante crisisinterventies
Je sluit tevens aan op de teamvergadering van het jeugdteam op donderdagochtend en het netwerkoverleg op vrijdagochtend.

Jouw achtergrond
Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor- of masterdiploma in de menswetenschappen.
Je hebt relevante ervaring in crisishantering bij kinderen en jongeren met psychische problemen en hun context.
