Responsibilities

Lead cross-functional Market Management Teams for assigned market segments.

Develop and execute a 5-year market growth strategy and annual business plans.

Define product concepts, customer value propositions, business models, and customer experiences.

Drive demand generation initiatives and manage segment-specific opportunity pipelines.

Partner closely with Sales, Technical Service & Development, and other key functions to accelerate growth with existing and new customers.

Own portfolio strategy and innovation pipelines to maximize business performance.

Lead commercialization and market launch activities for new products and technologies.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

Drive effective marketing communications in partnership with Business Communications.
Qualifications
-
Minimum of a Master’s Degree in Chemistry, Engineering or Marketing.
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in marketing, product management, market development, commercialization, commercial strategy, or related business functions.

Proven track record of translating customer and market insights into successful growth initiatives and commercial outcomes.

Experience working effectively within global, matrixed organizations.

Technical knowledge of the chemical, materials, pharmaceutical, or related industries is advantageous.

Fluency in English.

Ability and willingness to travel approximately 30%.
