At LolaLiza, we believe every woman deserves to feel beautiful, confident, and unique. Our secret? Vibrant, joyful, and colorful Belgian fashion! To support our in-house creative studio during a busy period, we are looking for a reliable, structured, and hands-on Junior Graphic Designer to help handle our daily asset production.
Whether you are looking for a temporary contract (from late June 2026 to early January 2027) or a freelance mission, join our Brussels headquarters and play a key role in supporting our design team.
As a crucial support to our experienced in-house designers, your main focus will be on the execution and formatting of daily visual assets:
- Create and adapt a variety of print and digital assets for marketing, social media, e-commerce, retail, and internal communication.
- Resize and adapt existing visuals and layouts across different formats and channels.
- Create social media visuals and marketing assets.
- Perform colour retouching and image editing for e-commerce and marketing content via Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Create visual mockups for store displays, facades, stickers, and POS materials.
- Edit and export short-form video content using Premiere Pro or After Effects.
- Update internal presentations in Google Slides.
- Create visuals for internal HR communication using Photoshop or Canva templates.
Your technical skills:
- Good knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, Premiere Pro). After Effects is a plus.
- Comfortable working within the Google Workspace environment (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive) and basic tools like Canva.
- Ability to accurately prepare final files according to technical specifications and print guidelines.
- Language skills: Since we work in a multilingual environment, you should be fluent in at least two of these languages: French, English, or Dutch (with a good working knowledge of English to easily communicate with the team).
Your Mindset:
- Rigorous & Detail-oriented: You take pride in delivering flawless, accurate work and feel comfortable managing multiple day-to-day requests smoothly.
- Reliable Team Player: You are positive, structured, and organized. You know how to follow a strict graphic charter and meet deadlines to support the team.
- A collaborative Belgian studio: The chance to work closely with and learn from our trusted, experienced in-house designers within a well-known Belgian fashion brand.
- A dynamic environment: A fast-paced fashion setting where your day-to-day support directly helps the studio run efficiently.
- Flexibility: A structured 6-month mission at our Brussels headquarters, open to both temporary contract applicants and freelancers / consultants. A 4-day work week arrangement can also be considered for the right candidate.
Ready to support our team? Apply now! Please note that only applications including a portfolio (showcasing your layout, declination, and retouching work) will be taken into consideration.
