Support the Innovation team in identifying , developing, and validating new growth opportunities across the portfolio. The role focuses on turning consumer and market insights into innovation concepts and supporting their development and testing.
What will you do during the internship?
Start date: September 2026, for 6 months .
70% of your learning will come from on-the-job learning. As an intern, you'll get the chance to experience the real-life business whilst developing your skills - learning through experiencing different areas and building your own reputation.
20% of your learning will come from mentorship programs, coaching, collaboration with key stakeholders & plenty of opportunities for feedback.
10% of your learning will come from formal training, including workshops & online training courses. We will provide you with continuous opportunities to elevate your skills with access to free training sessions facilitated by AB InBev and LinkedIn Learning.
