As a Skills Architect, you play a key role in shaping Bnode in a future-proof, skills-based organization. You design, govern and embed a shared skills language across HR and business processes, ensuring skills are consistently defined, reused and applied at scale across the organization.

Design and manage a scalable, international skills taxonomy, aligned with leading industry standards

Define taxonomy standards, quality criteria and validation rules to ensure relevance and usability

Set up and lead governance processes for skills management (roles, update cycles, quality controls, change management)

Facilitate and lead global working groups with HR experts, business stakeholders and technology partners

Ensure end-to-end integration of skills across recruitment, learning & development, performance management, career paths, job architecture and workforce planning

Design and implement data models enabling skills to be reused across HR systems (ATS, LMS, HCM, performance platforms, talent marketplaces)

Act as an expert advisor for HR systems to ensure correct and consistent application of the skills taxonomy

Advise HR leaders and business units on skills-based organizational design and talent strategies

Act as an internal thought leader on skills-based organizations, driving adoption and change globally

Lead change management and communication initiatives related to skills across the organization
