Customer Care Specialist
We are looking for an enthusiastic, solution-oriented and dedicated colleague to join our Customer Care tea. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering an excellent customer experience and acting as a key link between Bellerose and our customers.
You will support customers throughout their journey, from product questions and order follow-up to returns, refunds and delivery issues. This role requires empathy, strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to stay calm and solution-focused in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks
Respond to customer inquiries via Zendesk (email, phone, messaging and WhatsApp) in a timely and professional manner
Provide clear and accurate answers in line with the Bellerose tone of voice
Process orders, returns and refunds according to company policies
Follow up on delivery issues with carriers and logistics partners
Take ownership of customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
Collaborate closely with logistics, retail, IT, e-commerce and finance teams
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contribute to process improvements
Continuously update your knowledge of products, systems and procedures
Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar customer care role, preferably in retail, fashion or e-commerce
Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset
Fluent in English and French or Dutch, both written and spoken (Dutch is a strong plus)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask under pressure
Detail-oriented, organized and comfortable with digital tools and CRM systems
Empathetic, resilient and solution-oriented
Interest in new technologies and artificial intelligence
Experience with Zendesk or similar tools is a plus
