Description
ICF NEXT is looking for an Information Architect and Content Expert to join its intramuros team.
The objective of this contract is to enhance a major digital platform's information architecture, content organisation, and user experience within a Drupal environment, contributing to a clearer, more consistent, and user-centred digital experience.
In summary, the consultant will:

Contribute to the overall user experience (UX) and information architecture strategy.

Improve content structure, navigation, and labelling to enhance clarity and findability.

Ensure content is presented in a consistent, accessible, and user-friendly manner within an enterprise Drupal platform.

Take into account the current platform structure, existing documentation, and emerging business requirements.
The consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and improve the information architecture, content structure, and user-facing elements of the client's digital platforms.
Key responsibilities include:

Analysing the current state of digital platforms and content ecosystems.

Reviewing existing documentation and assessing the impact of new requirements on content organisation and user journeys.

Contributing to the design of coherent, user-centred information structures and digital experiences.

Ensuring content is organised in an accessible, intuitive, and consistent manner across platforms.

Defining and maintaining taxonomies, metadata models, content types, and content relationships aligned with business objectives and user needs.
The consultant will support the implementation of information architecture and content models across selected digital platforms.
Key responsibilities include:

Contributing to the configuration and implementation of content structures within a Drupal-based digital platform.

Supporting the creation, adaptation, maintenance, and reuse of content-related components, templates, and modules.

Ensuring content is integrated effectively following best practices in usability, accessibility, governance, and consistency.

Collaborating with technical and content teams to maintain a coherent and user-centred digital experience across the client's online services.
