Mission Overview:
Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a consultancy mission at a client site. In this role, you will support multiple teams operating within the domains of medicinal prescriptions, referral prescriptions, referral prescription support, and the MyHealth mobile application. These are strategically important initiatives with multi-year roadmaps.
Responsibilities:

Support four teams in the application of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies.

Coach development teams and stakeholders in the consistent application of Scrum and Agile practices.

Ensure necessary adaptations preserve Agile values and principles.

Operate effectively within a complex organizational environment.

Take on the Release Train Engineer (RTE) role from 2027 onwards, demonstrating ambition and capability for growth.

Obtain the SAFe Release Train Engineer certification by the end of 2026.
Requirements:

Strong expertise in Agile methodologies.

Pragmatic and results-oriented approach.

Excellent communication skills in French, Dutch, and English.
