Job description
You will be responsible for the quality and management of technical and non-technical documents within the Grid Solutions department. In this role, you will combine expertise, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement, directly contributing to a structured and future-oriented information environment. You will be accountable for designing, implementing, and maintaining effective systems and processes for critical business documents and content.
Your missions
Develop, configure, and maintain document management systems to meet the information needs of the department and organization
Establish and maintain standards and procedures related to metadata, localization, versioning, and retention
Coordinate with IT and relevant teams to ensure system compatibility, data migration, data integrity, process efficiency, and information security
Train and support users on best practices in document management and intervene when necessary
Analyze existing processes, implement new processes, identify areas for improvement, and lead initiatives to optimize document and information management
Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding document management, requirements, and issue resolution
Coordinate and support colleagues involved in data cleaning and data operations
Your profile
Experience in document control or document management (4–6 years)
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to establish structured document control procedures from scratch
Good knowledge of document management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, servers, generative AI tools)
Knowledge of data protection regulations and their application
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills
User-oriented approach to problem-solving
Academic background: Master’s degree in information management, business administration, electromechanical engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience)
You speak Dutch and English fluently, and have a good knowledge of French
You demonstrate a very structured and organized mindset, with a focus on process optimization
