In this role, you will lead, design, recommend & implement the relevant annual strategy and business action plan to deliver targets, in collaboration with Trade Marketing.
You will increase sales revenue through development of specific customer/channel plans including new business development, product presentations, promotional & merchandising programs, trade show plans, ensuring overall effective account management in order to reach defined annual sales forecast for the channel.
You will support, when needed, your Key Account Managers (KAMs) team in concluding annual commercial cooperation agreements.
You will take responsibility for the consolidated operating account of the clients, managing budgets properly, ensuring they are met, and organizing follow-ups in collaboration with the customer service and accounts department.
Client management will involve following up on the sales forecast on a weekly basis, analyzing the development of volumes, and determining catch-up actions if necessary. You will organize smooth communication within the Sales department and ensure information is circulated properly among the Trade, Marketing, and Supply Chain management teams.
People and stakeholder management is a crucial aspect of this role: You will coordinate, motivate, train, and ensure the development of your team, fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. You will foster a culture of cross department projects, especially with marketing and trade marketing in order to maximize the visibility of our brands within the OOH Channel.
Additionally, you will be involved in international meetings and monthly updates towards our Group Sales Business Development department (SBD) as well as in the roll-out of international projects.
