Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree(s) and/ or applicable professional certifications (e.g., Law, Juris Doctor or CPA) preferred
OR 7+ years of professional experience in a manager position within ethics, compliance, risk, legal, audit and/or governance; in a large multinational organization preferred

Strong Influencer with Collaborative Style: Ability to offer new ideas, constructively challenge conventional wisdom, and work collaboratively towards a common objective
