Your role :
We are looking for an experienced Senior Program Manager to independently lead and oversee multiple complex projects and programs within a dynamic and highly regulated Life Sciences environment. As a senior delivery leader, you will act as a key counterpart to executive stakeholders, provide strategic direction, and ensure consistent delivery of measurable business outcomes across programs.
In this role, you will demonstrate advanced program management expertise, strong leadership presence, and deep industry understanding, enabling you to manage large‑scale initiatives, navigate complexity, and drive alignment across business and technical domains.
Your responsibilities
- Work independently with full ownership of large‑scale programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business priorities
- Oversee multiple projects and programs simultaneously, providing direction to project managers and ensuring consistency in delivery, governance, and quality
- Define program strategy and execution roadmaps, guiding delivery across teams while managing major risks, dependencies, and critical interdependencies
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality delivery of measurable results across all initiatives under your responsibility
- Manage significant budgets, resource planning, and capacity allocation across cross‑functional and multidisciplinary teams
- Design, implement, and maintain robust governance structures to support decision‑making, transparency, and escalation management
- Build and maintain stakeholder alignment at senior and executive levels, influencing decisions and resolving complex escalations
- Lead complex issue resolution across programs, balancing regulatory, operational, and business constraints
- Coach, mentor, and develop project managers, contributing to increased delivery maturity and capability across the organization
