Job description
The Sales Manager Greece will be fully responsible to develop the sales for our new sales subsidiary in Greece.
He/she will ensure that the company's goals and objectives are aligned with the local market conditions, customer needs, and regulatory environment. This requires coordinating with the headquarters to align on and execute the business plan.
This position is the pioneer in Greece and the responsibilities are:
- Main focus: identify, contact and meet potential clients such that our customer base will be substantially expanded. To be able to succeed the position will inform our professional customers and end-users about (new) products by preparing presentations, sales displays, product trainings and demo’s.
- Determining the local product range (-extensions) together with the regional director
- Developing and implementing sales, distribution and marketing strategies for the relevant range.
- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.
- Monitoring the sales budget Soudal in Greece.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as customers, partners, media and government agencies.
- Identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise
- Reporting and communicating progress, performance and feedback to the regional director

Skills:
- Fluent in English and Greek
- IT literate
- Knowledge of local legal, accountancy and social legislation
Education & Experience:
- Master Degree in Sales, Business Administration/Management, Marketing or other business development related field
More than 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in building related materials in the construction segment
