Domain Manager ICT – Commercial & Sender Platforms
At bnode, we are accelerating our transformation into a data-driven, omni-commerce logistics player. To support this ambition, we are looking for a Domain Manager ICT – Commercial & Sender Platforms to lead the delivery and evolution of key platforms across Sender, Product & Pricing, and Sales & Marketing.
This is a high-impact leadership role within our Solution Delivery organisation, combining large-scale transformation, platform ownership, and continuous delivery across multiple business-critical domains.
Your role
You lead the ICT domain responsible for delivering and evolving solutions across:

Sender platforms (strategic build and transformation)

Product & Pricing systems

Sales & Marketing platforms (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM)
You act as a delivery leader, ensuring solutions are scalable, integrated, and aligned with business priorities while delivering tangible value.
Key responsibilities
Strategic delivery leadership

Lead a major end-to-end initiative to design and implement a new Sender platform, from concept through to delivery

Define and execute build vs buy vs partner strategies

Transition initiatives into sustainable product and operational models
Multi-domain ownership
-
Oversee delivery across Sender, Product & Pricing, and Sales & Marketing

Balance large transformation programmes with ongoing enhancements of existing platforms
-
Ensure alignment, prioritisation, and consistency across domains
CRM & commercial platforms

Drive the evolution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM supporting Sales and Marketing
-
Ensure strong adoption, continuous improvement, and clear business value realisation
Delivery excellence

Ensure structured backlog management, high-quality releases, and predictable delivery

Cover the full lifecycle: business analysis, solution design, development, testing, release, and operations

Set up and lead delivery teams, both internal and external
Stakeholder leadership

Act as a trusted partner to business leaders across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations

Translate business priorities into actionable delivery roadmaps

Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments with confidence
Team leadership

Lead cross-functional teams including product owners, analysts, and development teams

Build and evolve the delivery organisation to support growth and transformation
Your profile

Proven experience leading complex, multi-domain delivery environments
-
Strong track record in end-to-end platform implementation (greenfield or major transformation)

Experience across customer platforms, CRM, or commercial IT domains

Solid exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM

Ability to operate across strategy, delivery, and operations simultaneously

Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills in complex organisations
