Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- 15+ years of recent hands-on experience as an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Database Administrator (DBA);
- At least 60 months of continuous experience across the two most recent assignments supporting complex Oracle E-Business Suite environments;
- Installing Oracle E-Business Suite software and associated Oracle Technology Stack components.
Duties/role:
- Managing multiple Oracle installations across large-scale systems, including Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 or higher and Oracle Database 19c or higher in Linux environments;
- Providing practical support for Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Database backup and recovery using RMAN, including configuring, sizing, managing space, monitoring, patching, upgrading, tuning, troubleshooting, and administering Oracle environments;
- Applying expert knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 or higher technical architecture, including database architecture, schemas, products, database objects, file system structures, tables, views, packages, procedures, functions, sequences, indexes, and constraints.
