Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced leader to lead the Life & Health Offer team at AXA Belgium. This leadership role is responsible for defining our product and service strategy, driving innovation, ensuring market competitiveness and collaborating across functions to deliver outstanding customer solutions, while acting as a key internal and external ambassador for the Life & Health business.
The ideal candidate combines business vision and technical expertise in life & health insurance with strong leadership skills.
Your mission :
As the responsible for the Life & Health Offer team, reporting to the Chief Life & Health Officer :
- Drive growth and technical margin
- Develop and execute the Life & Health offer strategy
- Lead the design, enhancement and management of the Life & Health insurance products & services
- Define pricing and underwriting policy
- Define and execute portfolio actions
- Monitor market trends and regulatory developments
- Ensure compliance with Group standards and regulation
- Manage relationships with eco-system partners
- Set up and manage servicing partnerships
- Define reinsurance needs
- Collaborate across functions (among which underwriting, actuarial, sales, marketing, operations, legal, tax & compliance)
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
- Represent AXA Belgium within sector organizations and professional forums, act as one of the company’s key representatives in Life & Health strategic and technical matters towards brokers, clients, partners, regulators and AXA Group.
Your skills :
- Deep knowledge of the life & health market (market dynamics, customer needs, products, regulatory frameworks and financial drivers)
- Demonstrated expertise in Product Management, Pricing and Underwriting with a strong focus on business innovation and value creation
- Deep understanding of digital transformation and its impact on insurance products and services
- Proven experience in defining and executing portfolio strategies and profitability improvement initiatives
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, commercial acumen
- Strong decision-making skills
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of building, developing and inspiring teams
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing and networking skills, with the ability to engage effectively with brokers, clients, partners, sectors and regulators
- Master in Business, Insurance, Finance or related field
- Fluency in Dutch, French and English.
