Manage insurance tax declarations across EU countries

Handle VAT declarations and prorata calculations

Oversee INAMI contributions and fiscal fiches

Execute closing processes and bookings

Manage payroll entries
-
Review and clean suspense accounts
-
Record impairments
-
And additional responsibilities
-
Maintain internal control standards
-
Prepare CBCR reports
-
Handle F01DGS reporting for BNB
-
Support other reporting tasks
What you’ll bring:
-
Relevant accounting & tax studies (high-level)
-
Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus
-
5+ years of proven experience in complex accounting & tax environments
-
Familiarity with large ERPs and intricate processes
-
Proactive mindset with a knack for prioritization
-
Initiative-taker who understands strategic objectives
-
Passion for simplifying and automating routines
