About the Role – Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for the day-to-day technical upkeep of our fleet. Your focus is on routine maintenance, wear parts and keeping vehicles operational at scale.This is a hands-on role where speed, consistency and quality matter. You work in our Vilvoorde workshop and contribute directly to fleet availability.
Your Responsibilities
Maintenance & Interventions

Perform routine maintenance (oil changes, filters, fluids)

Replace wear parts (brakes, tires, wipers, bulbs, etc.)

Perform basic checks on vehicle condition (leaks, wear, damage, safety items)

Carry out small mechanical interventions when required
Inspection & Reporting

Identify technical issues during inspections
-
Report defects clearly to senior technicians or diagnostics team

Ensure vehicles are safe and ready for deployment
Administration & Stock

Correctly register all work performed in the system

Log used parts and ensure accurate stock tracking

Signal shortages or inconsistencies in stock
Workshop & Team

Maintain a clean and organized workspace

Use tools and equipment correctly
-
Collaborate with technicians and operations to minimize downtime

Your Profile

Experience in automotive maintenance or equivalent practical skills

Comfortable with routine mechanical work (brakes, tires, servicing)

Hands-on, efficient and reliable
-
Structured and accurate in administrative follow-up

Able to work independently and in a team

Comfortable working on different brands and models

Valid driver’s license B (required)

Basic knowledge of English and professional knowledge of Dutch or French (depending on team)
