Brand-minded. Concept-driven. Pixel-precise. We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can turn strategy into bold, clean visuals across web, social, and product-marketing touchpoints.
++addmore is a product launch studio based in Antwerp. We help startups get clear on what they're selling and why it matters. From positioning and messaging all the way to websites and launch campaigns.
We've worked with 100+ SaaS startups and scale-ups across Europe, and we know the drill: great product, unclear story, slow growth. That's the gap we close. Whether you need to nail your narrative, get to market fast, or run focused experiments to move a key metric.
What you’ll do
- Develop concepts and visual directions for brand + campaign work
- Design key assets across channels (landing pages, social, decks, ads, motion-ready layouts)
- Translate messaging into clear visual hierarchies and strong composition
- Create flexible systems (templates, grids, styles) so outputs stay consistent
- Iterate fast with feedback while keeping quality high
- Prepare files for production and handoff (web, motion, print when needed)
- Keep an eye on culture, trends, references
What we look for
- Strong visual taste: Typography, spacing, layout, and composition are second nature
- Concept thinking: You can generate multiple directions and justify your choices
- Brand sensitivity: You understand how to build coherence across many assets
- Craft + speed: You can explore broadly and then polish deeply
- Collaborative energy: You take feedback well and communicate clearly
You don’t need to tick every box. Show us your work and walk us through your thinking; especially how you move from idea system output.
Bonus points
- You can do light motion design (After Effects, Rive, or Figma motion prototypes)
- You’ve worked on campaigns that performed (and can explain why)
- You can write or refine micro-copy and headlines with a designer’s eye
- You’re comfortable with AI-assisted workflows (moodboards, iterations, variations)
How to stand out
You probably won’t have a huge resume yet. That’s fine.
What matters more to us:
- that you’ve made things
- that you’re genuinely interested
- that you can show how you think
So when you apply:
- Put relevant things in your CV, even if they’re small
- Link to a portfolio (Notion / Google Drive / Figma / Substack / LinkedIn / side project)
- Include class projects, freelance work, student jobs, club work, your own experiments even work for your local bakery; all of that counts
- Show us that you care about startups, marketing, tech, or digital products
- Don’t only tell us you’re motivated; give us proof
We’re only hiring one intern. So we’re not looking for the most polished candidate on paper we’re looking for the person with the most potential.
What’s in it for you
- You’ll ship real work that’s public, measurable, and portfolio-ready
- You’ll learn how a small, high-output studio turns strategy into execution
- You’ll collaborate with people who care about taste, clarity, and momentum
- You’ll get a fast feedback loop and room to grow quickly
The team
You’ll work alongside a small team that’s allergic to fluff and obsessed with craft. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, design, and production.
