In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, combining excellent customer service with a strong commercial mindset to help generate and close sales opportunities.

Job responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming phone calls, emails, and support tickets professionally and efficiently
- Identify sales opportunities and generate qualified leads for the sales team
- Collect and document all relevant customer information during each interaction (customer details, email address, lead source, vehicle interest, etc.)
- Understand customer needs and provide accurate, timely, and customer-focused support
- Respond to inquiries in a professional and targeted manner, ensuring customers receive complete and reliable information
- Resolve first-line customer service issues and escalate complex cases when necessary
- Confidently manage negotiations, with the goal of maximizing sales conversions across our classified divisions
- Build positive customer relationships and contribute toa high levelof customer satisfaction
