As we continue expanding internationally, we are looking for an ambitious International Business Developer to accelerate our growth across strategic markets in Europe and beyond.
Your Mission
As an International Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and closing new business opportunities in international markets with a strong focus on the UK Market
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to contract signature, while helping EMAsphere strengthen its international presence through direct sales, partnerships and market development initiatives.
In this role, you will report to the Hub Manager North and work closely with the Marketing team and Executive Leadership to support and accelerate our international expansion strategy. This position combines business development, consultative selling, and market development.
What will you do?
Generate and develop new business opportunities
- Identify and target high-potential companies in assigned international markets
- Develop a strong outbound prospecting strategy through calls, emails, LinkedIn and networking
- Qualify opportunities with CEOs, CFOs and finance decision-makers
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Manage the full sales cycle
- Conduct discovery meetings and understand client challenges
- Present and demonstrate the EMAsphere platform
- Prepare commercial proposals and business cases
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success teams
Develop international markets
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape and growth opportunities
- Contribute to market entry strategies and go-to-market plans
- Represent EMAsphere at international events, trade fairs and networking opportunities
- Build relationships with local business communities and key stakeholders
Contribute to sales excellence
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
- Maintain accurate CRM data and sales forecasts
- Share market insights and customer feedback
- Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns
Who are you?
Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field
- 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development or account executive roles
- Proven success in managing a complete sales cycle
- Experience in SaaS, software or technology environments is strongly preferred
- International sales experience is a strong asset
Languages
- Fluent English (mandatory)
- Dutch and/or French
- Additional European languages are considered a plus
