What does a skeyes Operational Safety Unit Officer do?
You analyse occurrences and you identify the key factors that enable to reduce the severity of an occurrence and you propose recommendations for improving the ATM system (human, equipment and procedures).
- You provide feedback to the actors in the field regarding the status and results of the investigations.
- You contribute to elaborating the periodical safety reports and trend analyses.
- You interact with the Corporate SMU in order to constantly improve the reporting and investigating process.
- You participate in in-company and external workshops.
- You promote the importance of safety and just culture within the company, especially in the operational services.
