With B’Comme Brasserie, Di’Vino Wine Bar, our meeting and event spaces, and our breakfast operations, we are currently looking for a Food & Beverage Manager who can bring energy, leadership and ambition to our F&B activities every day.
We are looking for a passionate, hands-on personality, close to their teams, strongly guest-focused and driven by a genuine entrepreneurial spirit.

- Actively contribute to local and digital communication, including social media, visibility initiatives and collaborations with businesses and organisations in Louvain-la-Neuve and the surrounding region.
- Build and strengthen relationships with our local clientele.
- Monitor and manage key performance indicators, including revenue, margins, productivity and guest satisfaction.
- Work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless cooperation and strong synergy between the kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Events teams to develop sales, maximise every commercial opportunity and deliver an excellent guest experience.
- Ensure compliance with Martin’s Hotels standards and HACCP requirements.
Your profile :
You enjoy being at the heart of the action. Above all, you are a hands-on manager who naturally takes their place alongside both teams and guests.
You have an entrepreneurial mindset, enjoy developing new projects and are motivated by the opportunity to grow and evolve an F&B operation.
