As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Weevo hr you act as a strategic partner for our clients in their quest for top talent. You combine your recruitment experience with a keen understanding of people, organizations, and labor market dynamics. You are not only execution-focused but also advisory, coaching, and innovative in your approach.
You typically work on-site at the client’s location (or according to their remote work policy), following their work schedule, hours, and internal procedures.
Depending on the client’s needs, you will be involved in:
- Strategic recruitment support: You contribute to recruitment strategies aligned with the client’s growth ambitions. You advise on profiles, selection criteria, employer branding, and labor market positioning.
- Full recruitment cycle: You take ownership of the entire process—from intake with hiring managers to onboarding new employees—ensuring each stage runs smoothly, transparently, and with high quality.
- Talent sourcing & headhunting: You know where to find top talent and how to engage them. Using LinkedIn, specialized platforms, or your own network, you proactively search for the right match.
- Interviewing & candidate assessment: You conduct in-depth interviews that go beyond the CV, evaluating skills, potential, and cultural fit, and provide clients with clear, actionable recommendations.
- Advising hiring managers: You guide and coach clients in their recruitment approach, sharing market insights, advising on salaries, benefits, and selection criteria, and helping them make informed decisions.
- Employer branding & candidate experience: You ensure a positive impression of the client in the job market. Every candidate interaction—from initial contact to final stage—is professional, warm, and authentic.
- Process optimization: You analyze existing recruitment processes and propose improvements, considering digitalization, automation, or adjustments to increase efficiency and quality.
- Data & reporting: You monitor the progress of open vacancies, analyze time-to-fill, candidate flows, and conversion rates, translating these metrics into insights and recommendations.
- Project involvement: You participate in broader HR and talent projects, such as onboarding programs, talent pools, internal mobility, or retention initiatives.
In short, every project brings new challenges and learning opportunities. Sometimes the focus is on operational recruitment and sourcing; other times, it is on strategic advice or process improvement.
