We are looking for a Senior OutSystems Developer for the GWP, Health, Welfare and Participation domain. Among other things, GWP is responsible for processing applications for our more than 70,000 volunteers, as well as for our volunteer organisations Kazou, Wiegwijs, Okra, Samana, ... This is where we want to make use of digitalisation and automation.
As a Senior OutSystems Developer, you will help to design the digital solutions that support our CM volunteers. You will develop applications that enable essential member services, such as providing care for the elderly and for sick children, transportation for members and managing expenses. You will work on both the front-end and back-end in OutSystems 11, with 70% of your focus on building new functionalities and 30% on maintaining and optimising existing applications. Your work really makes a difference to our members and volunteers.
The Agile Team consists of 5 developers, a functional analyst/scrum master, a tester, a functional analyst and a product owner.

Your responsibilities :
- You will join a professional agile team, where you can work on a range of exciting projects and building user-friendly applications is a key focus.
- You work together with the team to develop the desired solution. The architects will assist you with this.
- You are responsible for initial functional testing of your own code, and reviewing code written by your colleagues.
- You are responsible for implementing User Stories and for maintenance and management of the applications developed by the team itself.
- You communicate effectively and collaborate closely with various stakeholders (business/functional analysts, scrum master, testers, architects, security) to ensure they fully understand the priorities and current status of tasks, and that functionalities are implemented and tested correctly.
- You can make technical improvement proposals and advocate for them within the team and with the architects.
- You analyse integrations with other parties and systems.
- You work together with the infrastructure staff to install the applications and monitor their operation.
- You document the solution created to ensure long-term continuity and maintenance.
- You leverage AI tools, such as Copilot or other AI solutions, to optimize your work.

Your profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience as a developer in OutSystems, especially in Mobile and REACT. An ODC certificate is a plus, as well as other OutSystems certifications.
- You have experience in the deployment and rolling out of applications.
- Experience with Agile methodology (SCRUM) is desirable.
- Your command of English is very good, knowledge of French or Dutch is a big plus.
- You have good analysis and synthesis skills and communicate efficiently.
- As a person, you are flexible, results-oriented, proactive, critical and stress-resistant.
- You have a strong drive to continuously learn.
