- Experience in workforce planning and resourcing;
- Proven experience in managing business planning, performance reviews, employee recognition programmes, and CPO-related documentation (e.g., contract renewals, tour extensions);
- Background in overseeing IWCs, Service Contracts, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

- Contributing to the development of the workforce planning approach;
- Assessing the current state of workforce skills, capabilities, and potential;
- Evaluating future workforce demand for skills based on business plans and external factors.
