Skills, knowledge, experience required:
- Experiencing user management support in IT Service Delivery (ITIL);
- Engaging effectively with highly technical cyber security professionals;
- Summarising discussions, identifying relevant points and action items.
Desirable Skills
- Having previous experience with Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) tools and feeds.
Duties
- Creating and maintaining a complete and accurate list of users and stakeholders with points of contact in NCSC tools (Confluence, JIRA, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote, Outlook, SharePoint, NCIA ITSM);
- Identifying, agreeing, and measuring up to four Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) per feed (up to 20 feeds), and capturing per-user usage statistics in NCSC tools;
- Redacting and maintaining Terms of Use (ToU) for each feed using NCSC-provided templates and securing NCSC approval.
